About us
Vion is an international producer of fresh and frozen pork, beef, meat products, plant based alternatives and by-products with production locations in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and sales support offices in sixteen countries worldwide. Vion’s headquarters are located in Boxtel in the Netherlands.
Through its four Business Units, Pork, Beef, Food Service and Retail, Vion provides safe and healthy food from sustainable sources to over 100 million consumers per day. The Vion subsidiary CEMO GmbH is responsible for the export of the by-products, which are mainly marketed outside Europe.
Whether rumen, liver, leafy stomachs or any kind of tendons - up to 12,000 t of these products are packaged each year (centrally consolidated in Crailsheim, Germany or Harrevel in the Netherlands) and shipped worldwide in frozen containers via European ports.

Our fresh beef is processed into semi-finished and finished products for the domestic as well as export markets. We supply to national as well as international retailers, foodservice and food processing companies.
The basic raw materials are delivered to industrial customers. Whether rumen, liver, leafy stomachs or any kind of tendons - up to 12,000 t of these products are packaged each year (centrally consolidated in Crailsheim, Germany or Harrevel in the Netherlands) and shipped worldwide in frozen containers via European ports.
