Velcorin® technology is a cold sterilization agent that provides protection against microorganisms that could spoil the drink and also maintains the natural flavour.
It can be applied for a wide range of beverage categories – from alcoholic to non-alcoholic - without any impact on colour and taste. Velcorin® (DMDC) is added precisely with our Velcorin® DT Motion dosing unit. Once added to the beverage, Velcorin® rapidly breaks down into negligible amounts of methanol and carbon dioxide.
